- Standard ground shipping is FREE for all orders within Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia and the Atlantic Provinces.
- Freight quotes will be provided to customers in the Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut.
- Most Large packages are shipped via a motor freight company.
- Small items will ship with either FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
- Most Orders will be drop shipped directly to you from the manufacturer warehouse to your home front foor.
- Average time for delivery is 3 to 10 business days.
- Customer will be notified of any shipping delays or backorders.

Delivery Signature |

- Orders shipped with FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground will be left at your home front door.No delivery signature is required.
Please inspect your order as soon as possible. If there is any freight damage, please call us immediately at 1-888-556-6592 and save all the packaging materials. We will coordinate repair or replacement of your order.
- Orders shipped with a Motor Freight company: delivery signature is required.
The local terminal will contact the buyer within 48 hours prior to delivery to schedule a specific convenient delivery time.
If there is any minor damage to the packaging, please note the damage on the paper when you are asked to sign.
If the damage seems extensive, or you can see that your order has been damaged, please write 'Damaged' on the shipping slip above your signature in order to refuse the package and establish a claim.

- Backorders: If an item is on backorder, we will notify you by e-mail or Phone.
- Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email or phone and give you a cancellation option.
- Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.

Tracking Information |
