Service Repairs Process

  • The customer will contact www.ScooterDiscount.com Service Department by phone, fax or Online.
  • Our representative will help the customer locate a local service center.
  • The customer will contact the service center to schedule a service appointment or service call.
  • The Service Center will contact the manufacturer or www.ScooterDiscount.com to order the parts.
  • The Parts will ship for free to the service center if the product is still under the factory warranty.
  • The Customer will pay the local service center the labor charges and Service call, and for the parts if the product is beyond the factory warranty.

Replacement Parts and Accessories

We offer replacement parts and accessories for almost all the products that we sell online from batteries, tires and chargers to controlers, transaxles and joysticks. Just contact our service Department for a Price Quote.

Before contacting us for a service repair or to order a Part, we will need you to provide us with your Product:

  • Model number
  • Serial number
  • Date of Purchase
