Return Policy

Our goal is to provide customers with timely service in the event a return is necessary. We recommend that you carefully read the following notes detailing our return policy.

  • Returns of non-defective products must be returned in the original packaging and unused, within 30 days of customer’s receipt.
  • Returns of defective products must be returned in the original packaging with all factory packed accessories within 10 days. Incomplete returns will receive a credit reflecting any missing accessories.
  • Special ordered merchandises and Bath and Safety items are non-returnable.
  • The customer may choose to receive a product exchange or a credit by the same means payment was made.
 

Prior Authorization

Please do not attempt to send unapproved product returns back to us. For security reasons, ALL shipments returned without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER will be refused. Sorry, there will be absolutely no exceptions.

Return Shipping Fee

The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees to our warehouse. In the case of a defective exchange, ScooterDiscount.com will provide and pay for the outbound shipping for replaced merchandise. Returned product must arrive no later than 10 days after issuance of a Return authorization Number.

 

Re-stocking Fee

Customer will be liable to pay 20% re-stocking Fee for their returned products.

 

Return Shipping Address

All Returns must be shipped back the address specified by our customer service representative when you call for a Return Authorization Number. Return shipping address can be different from the original outbound shipping address.

 

Refund Processing Time

All credits will be processed within 2 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Provided all the return policy conditions above are met.
